I don't see the point of these android consoles, you can get a tablet and a controller and it would be the same thing but portable and you can still hook it up to a tv

I feel the word indie has been lost since 3 out of those are console exlusives paid by the console owners. They are not "indipendant" anymore.

It isn't saving Princess Peach that keeps us playing Super Mario, it's the fantastic gameplay that gets us there. Saving her isn't a catalyst but a by-product. If Mario's ending was him sitting on a toilet (he is a plumber), it wouldn't really matter because getting there was the point.

Mostly everything else (that I've played) belongs on this list....except SMB...

There is region locking, unfortunately. If you imported a console you'd have to import all your games as well.

Yeah I remember downloading Paper Boy when it first came out on the XBLA to relive some childhood memories and couldn't get past the first three days!

I love that almost sadistic side that video games had back in the 8-bit days, back then, a game was meant to last you until either your next birthday or Christmas so it had to be difficult to ensure you got you (or your parents) moneys worth.

Yeah the game sucks but Mike Bacon is awesome I do like that character and I found it hilarious when I search for a fucking 5 foot guitar in a can lol. Very boring game the combat is linked to the damn RB button for godsake and this is one of the few games to sport the dying splitscreen mode so sad I love splitscreen. Good review

I love when retro games are brought back, and keep their level of difficulty high. I definitely remember Paper Boy, and that was a difficult game.
